The monthly allowance
Free accounts can turn a fixed number of videos into guides each calendar month. The counter resets on the first of the month, in UTC, regardless of when you signed up. Reading guides, checking off steps, and posting corrections are unlimited on every plan.
Once you are one submission away from the limit, a usage indicator appears next to the submit button. When you hit the limit we show an upgrade panel instead of sending you into processing — nothing you already submitted is lost.
What Pro adds
Pro removes the monthly cap, moves your submissions to the front of the review queue, and unlocks paid guides so you can earn from your work.

Invoices and cancellation
Invoices are emailed on each renewal and are available from the dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps Pro active until the end of the period you already paid for. Published guides stay online if you return to the free tier.
